Wasn't Built for Us.
Growing up in a Punjabi household, I knew one thing: the food was non-negotiable. Sarson da saag. Maa ki daal. Shaadi buffets that lasted three days. No generic meal plan was ever going to change that — and it shouldn't have to.
But for years, the fitness world told people like us to eat plain chicken and broccoli, ditch the ghee, and follow programmes designed for someone else's life entirely. I watched people try and fail — not because they lacked discipline, but because the plan never fit.
So I built something different. A coaching system in Punjabi, with Punjabi food, for people living a Punjabi life. Because the best plan is the one you can actually stick to.
